At least one Local Director

ACRA requires all companies in Singapore to have at least one local resident director, who must be a Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Entrepass Holder. Local Company Secretary

For all Singaporean incorporated companies, it is mandatory to appoint a company secretary within 6 months of company registration. It is advisable to appoint a company secretary at the time of registration as they assist in preparing essential company documents such as Share Certificates and the First Board Resolution, which are crucial for operations. Please note, a company secretary cannot serve as the sole director or shareholder of the company.
